This is incredibly easy to make and is a bit like a slush puppie or frappachino. But much better. Serve it in tiny glasses with a teaspoon to be posh.
Pour Apple Juice into plastic tubs (2cm max depth) and put in the freezer, it usually takes a couple of hours.
Take out when just frozen, not rock hard, and fluff up with a fork.
(to keep, freeze, and defrost for an hour before use)
